When you apply for a Gavin Banksy artist growth campaign, we collect the contact information and campaign context you choose to provide. We use it to review the application, prepare for a strategy call, respond to you, and manage a potential client relationship.

Depending on the strategy-call request, this can include your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, location, artist or label context, release timing, current platforms, audience size, existing content support, campaign readiness, and project details.
How we use it
Your information is stored in a private lead workspace accessible only to authorized Gavin Banksy administrators. It is used to respond to the application and coordinate a potential campaign or booking. Calendly is used to let you select an available meeting time.
Your choices
You may ask to update or delete information associated with an application by emailing gavinbanksy@gmail.com. This notice is an operational summary and should be reviewed by qualified privacy counsel before relying on it as a complete legal policy.
