Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to gavinbanksy.com, the Gavin Banksy artist-growth website, its strategy-call application, and related communications from Gavin Banksy. It explains how we handle information when you use those parts of the service.
The Zoom webinar and Calendly scheduling service are separate platforms. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. This site does not host webinar registration or public replays.
Information we collect
When you complete a strategy-call application, we collect the details you enter to evaluate and respond to your request. These can include:
- your name, email address, and optional phone number or Instagram handle;
- artist or label context, genre, city/country, release timeline, active platforms, audience range, and current content-support context;
- campaign-readiness and budget-range selections;
- optional project details, such as a project name, release date, creative references, goals, or links you choose to share;
- the consent record for the application and limited campaign-source details, such as UTM parameters, if they are included in the link you use.
We do not ask for passwords, government identification, payment-card details, precise location, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data through the strategy-call application.
How we use information
We use application information to review a request, determine whether a strategy conversation is appropriate, contact you, prepare for a requested call, schedule a conversation, and manage a potential or active client relationship. We also use limited application data to prevent spam and protect the request flow.
Submitting a request is optional. It does not guarantee a call, client relationship, release, audience growth, placement, revenue, or any other artist outcome.
Who can receive it
Access to strategy-call applications is limited to authorized Gavin Banksy administrators who need the information to review, respond to, or manage the request. A valid submission may also generate an owner notification containing the details needed to review it.
We use service providers to operate the site, store application records, and support scheduling. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their service to us. When you schedule, Calendly processes the booking information needed to arrange the appointment under its own privacy notice. Read Calendly’s Privacy Notice
We use the Meta Pixel to measure website page views and the effectiveness of our Meta advertising. The Pixel is provided by Meta and may receive browser and device information, page URLs, referrer information, IP address, cookie identifiers, and the PageView event when you visit this site. The base Pixel does not send your strategy-call application answers to Meta. Read Meta’s Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent, or trade application details. We do not use application information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Marketing choices
A strategy-call request is for a response about that request. We do not treat an application or booking as permission to add you to promotional messages. If we offer optional updates in the future, we will ask for a separate, voluntary choice and provide an unsubscribe method in each promotional email.
Retention and protection
We keep strategy-call applications for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact so we can respond to the request, manage follow-up, and keep a reliable record of the conversation. If an application leads to a client relationship, relevant records may be retained for the length of that relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to manage the engagement and meet applicable operational obligations.
We limit access to the people who need it, use role-limited administrative access for the private lead workspace, and use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for a strategy-call request.
Cookies and technical services
We use necessary technical services to operate the website, protect the request flow, and maintain authenticated administrator access. We also use Meta Pixel, which may set or read cookies and receive browser-event data to measure page views and advertising effectiveness. You can manage cookies and advertising choices in your browser and through Meta’s advertising preferences. We do not use strategy-call application details to create advertising audiences. If you choose to use Calendly, its own technologies and privacy notice apply to that scheduling interaction.
Artist materials and public proof
Submitting an application, music link, image, name, handle, quote, or project detail does not give Gavin Banksy permission to use it publicly. We do not turn applicant information into a testimonial, case study, portfolio item, or public proof merely because it was submitted. Public use requires separate, explicit approval.
Your privacy requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information connected to a strategy-call application by emailing gavinbanksy@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to locate the request. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person whose information is involved before acting on it.
We will handle verified requests in line with this policy and applicable requirements. Some information may need to be kept when it is necessary to complete an active service, protect the site, resolve a dispute, or meet an applicable obligation.
Children and policy updates
This site is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us and we will review the request.
We may update this policy when our practices change. The latest version will be posted here with an updated date. If we make a material change to how we use strategy-call information, we will update this page before applying the changed practice.
